With a background in helping my clients with health issues such as weight loss and stopping smoking and having what seems a life long interest in nutrition especially the wonders of “super foods” I can offer my expertise in weight management, diet and nutrition and help you incorporate a total body approach utilising coaching, hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT if you desire.
We are all different, in shape, size, lifestyle and goals and I like to think that I can put the personal back in Personal Training. Your sessions with me are guaranteed to be specifically and individually tailored to your unique needs, starting with a free 30 minute consultation to assess your current situation and outline my plan for meeting, and surpassing, your goals.
Having set up and run a successful complementary therapy centre for a number of years I have many colleagues to fill in any areas I can not and assist in areas that will help getting you to your goals quicker.
